Youthpreneur 2025 - Junior Track
A day to explore, create and speak up
Youthpreneur 2025 – Junior Track for teens 10 – 14 years old gave the young people a full day of hands-on introduction to entrepreneurship. Through activities, conversations and team projects, participants explored how an interest or a problem could become the starting point for a business idea.
The day began with check-in board invited participants to notice and share their energy, creating a welcoming starting point for a day of learning together.
Discover: Find your passion
The first stage encouraged participants to consider what lights them up and which problems they would like to solve. Icebreakers and conversations helped them recognise their interests, describe themselves and learn about the people around them.
Dream: Shape bold ideas
From those starting points, teams began shaping raw ideas into something tangible. They discussed possibilities, listened to one another and considered how their ideas could offer value. The emphasis was on thinking beyond a first answer while making room for different perspectives.
Develop: Build practical skills
The programme connected entrepreneurial thinking with financial literacy, communication, creative problem-solving and networking. Group tasks gave participants opportunities to make decisions together, explain their reasoning and practise turning a concept into a clearer proposal.
Shi Liang, our co-founder brought an entrepreneur’s perspective into the workshop, connecting the activities with experiences from building a business.
Deliver: Pitch your vision
The journey culminated in a live showcase, where participants presented their business ideas to an audience that included parents. Teams used their posters and creations to explain what they had developed, practising how to organise a message and present it with confidence.
Celebrating the learning journey
The workshop brought the Discover, Dream, Develop and Deliver journey to life through practical experiences. Thank you to the young participants, families, speakers and facilitators who contributed to a day of curiosity, teamwork and sharing.
